At Aldera, we partner with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses to bring you a curated selection of comfort and wellness products. Because of this, orders may ship from different locations depending on the items you've purchased.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are typically 3–12 business days, depending on the product and your delivery destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or customs processing for international shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping notification.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different fulfillment partners or warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Aldera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
