Overview
At Aldera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@shopaldera.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please email support@shopaldera.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@shopaldera.com and we'll investigate.
